When we are receiving new members their personal data are processed for purpose of memberhip administration. What this means in specific is for registration of payment receipts of membership fees and for contacting members by association's board of directors. Moreover, the eMail address is stored in a mailing list to reach all members via a collective address for eMails. The members theirselves can use this mailing list address to send messages to all other members without the knowledge of their own addresses.
